TULIPA URUMOFFI

Tulipa Urumoffii This wild tulip counts among the most notable Bulgarian endemics. It occurs rather localized in Northeastern Bulgaria, Eastern Stara Planina Mountain, Znepole Region, Sofia Region and Tundzha Hilly Country. The flowering is in April and May. The plant is strictly protected by the law and included in the Red Data Book of the Republic of Bulgaria.
